Sentelle’s Homemade Sausage began in 2010 -and Sentelle’s meat is truly homemade. They are TDA and USDA inspected, but all of their products are made by them on the farm. They raise purebred Berkshire hogs and a few Landrace-Berkshire cross hogs on pasture. Sentelle’s does not use any preservatives or MSG in any of their products. Product offerings include: mild and hot breakfast sausage, pork chops, pork loin, pork roast, pork tenderloin, bratwurst, Italian sausage, pork chorizo, whole chickens, and chicken breasts.
“Our family has always raised hogs and processed the meat ourselves. When we decided to do this, we built our own inspection building. We didn’t want someone else making our products - so we can assure you the highest quality of pork product. Our motto is we can tell you what’s in our sausages, but, most importantly, we can tell you what’s not in our sausages.
