Boone Street Market opened in 2014, and Jonesborough Farmers Market started in 2008. Through 2024, the markets have facilitated over $4 million in sales!
The vast majority of this revenue stays in the local economy as we have a tight vendor radius - within 100 miles of Jonesborough. Boone Street Market widens that radius to Tennessee and the Central Appalachian region, but the majority of products are still sourced within 100 miles of Jonesborough.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit producer-only local foods store and farmers market, we are committed to:
